Personal 

I was born and raised in the Texas Hill Country.  Growing up, I was always interested in real estate; and enjoyed watching the area grow into what it is today.  In addition to being a Realtor, I have been a State Certified Real Estate Appraiser for over 20 years.  Let me put my years of real estate experience to work for you.  Together, we will find you the perfect property at the perfect price.

There are two types of real estate agents:  Order takers; and  those who take their fiduciary duties to their Clients seriously, and advocate strongly and aggressively on behalf of their clients.  I like to think I am in the latter category.

I am a licensed Realtor and Appraiser. I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences, land, and commercial property within the cities of Boerne, Fair Oaks Ranch, New Braunfels, Bulverde, Kerrville, Fredericksburg, Hunt, and Comfort.  I truly love this area and pride myself on my knowledge of current transactions, school districts, neighborhood information, and related services, including mortgage, insurance and inspection information.
